According to the National Center of Disease Control, an average of 99 young people between the ages of 10 and 25 die every day in the United States.
THE 99 is a walkthrough theater that graphically reenacts the five leading causes of death in teenagers and young adults. Many of these deaths are influenced by drugs or alcohol and a vast majority of them can be avoided.
The production is not based on fear or scare tactics, but on reality. Each room depicts real life situations. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to enter the tent due to the content of the dramatic presentation.
This summer Resurrection Life Church--Grandville and Resurrection Life Church -- Rockford are teaming up with community sponsors to bring The 99 to Grand Rapids. For three weekends, thousands of people will see for themselves how they can help prevent unnecessary death among the young people of our nation.

4:00 pm | Cast Dress Rehearsal at the tent

*The tent will be placed in the parking lot of the former Studio 28; please plan on attending one of these meetings. Serve as your schedule allows. Attendance all nights is not required.
Additional information will be handed out at Volunteer Meetings. Training will happen each night of presentation.
