Refugee Homes Needed

Join us to learn about Bethany Christian Services’ unique program serving refugee youth who have fled their countries to find a home in the U.S. We are seeking homes for Burmese, African, and Central American youth as we continue to prepare for those from Haiti, if the government opens the door for this. Come to an informational meeting on March 22 at 901 Eastern, Grand Rapids in the National Board Room to hear from foster parents and staff about how welcoming a refugee youth into your home can enrich your family and provide love and stability to a young person in need.

Beth Moore Bible Study

Ladies, please join us for the next Beth Moore Bible Study, "When Godly People Do Ungodly Things." This six-week study is divided into three parts. The first part is a warning to believers, while the second part shows women how to prepare for attacks by the enemy. The third part is directed to those who have been snared by seduction, and compassionately points the way back to God. With 1 Samuel 12:20-25 as a guide, Christians can arm themselves against temptation and learn how to help other fallen believers. You can register online or by phone.
